Imposter Syndrome

The Imposter Syndrome is a psychological condition in which a person doubts their own accomplishments. The person feels like they are a fraud and someday they’re identity will be uncovered. They attribute their success to luck instead of talent.

This can cause high levels of anxiety and fear as people doubt their own personality. It is seen to occur quite often in famous personalities.

The opposite of Imposter Syndrome is called cognitive bias that is a condition due to which people overestimate their ability to perform a particular task.
