Does panic ever set in during exam season? Do you begin to feel like you are clueless. Maybe your brain can think of everything but a certain answer in an exam.

The pandemic has nearly made us forget what it feels like to be in an assessment environment. Due to this, Examophobia is bound to hit even harder when we have to take exams now.

However, panic will only block out our thoughts. We need to make a conscious effort to keep our minds clear in order to think properly during exams.

There is still so much uncertainty regarding exams everywhere. The best thing to do is to avoid stress and take it as it comes!
